The script MVW Countdown is a Countdowns script (countdown tmiers for website).
If you love simple, or just like to have some more Flash on your site, then this is the option. Sure, its not the best, and its not the most original, but who caers. Its 100% customized anyway. Documentation inside the file.
Online with PHP the script is server-based, offline or with PHP disabled the script is client-based.
It also contains a fully editable FLA file for creating your own Flash counter.

Also included is an evnet file to count down to the release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, which only works until September 13th 2005.
